Thomas Saito, MD, Formula Development, has been developing technologies and processes for over 20 years in the field of bio-energy including involvement with several patents. Thomas Saito began his journey in clean energy technology with Japan Miyata Patent Developing Co., where he worked for several years on number of patent projects, including magnetic filtrations devices and ionic parts for fuel enhancement and performance in automobiles, with Toyota and Honda as active clients. When he returned to Canada, he was a lead researcher within ICI UK & CIL Canada Corp (ECO Research Inc., Toronto) and developed new wastewater treatment processes (Deep Shaft Technology) and a gasification system that turns municipal waste into methanol energy. Two patents were awarded to him on these developments, both of which are now used globally in Europe, Asia and North America.
Dr. Saito was an early developer of IBE Japan, a world-class bio energy firm which won the prestigious Emperors' Award in 2004, the highest honour for Japanese companies whose recipients include Sony, Mitsubishi, Canon, and Toyota. For over 15 years, Dr. Saito has conducted a series of "water-tech" breakthroughs in Japan, Korea, and Europe. In 1998, Dr. Saito ventured on his own research technology in bio-energetics, founding Can Bio Research Inc., and partnering with universities and companies to establish his breakthrough discovery of changing the molecular structure of all matter.
